Sale of GoodsSubmission of an Order represents an offer to purchase Goods from Mr Simms Olde Sweet Shoppe Online Ltd, and we may confirm receipt of this offer via email.
Orders are only accepted by us once your payment has been processed. We will confirm acceptance of your Order via email. We will make a reasonable effort to ensure that all Orders are fulfilled; however we cannot guarantee the availability of Goods.
If the Goods you have ordered are unavailable, we will attempt to contact you to give you a choice to receive an alternative or a refund. If we are unable to contact you, your Order will be cancelled and you will be given a full refund.
Returns, Refunds and CancellationsThese terms do not affect your statutory rights.
If you are unhappy with an item you receive or if you change your mind please contact us on either 01785850660 or email@example.com. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. If your complaint is upheld you will be asked to return it to us within 30 days, with the despatch note, in unused condition, having taken reasonable care of it complete with packaging and all components, and we will refund the price paid for the product.
We will make the refund directly to the card used to place the original order within 30 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you. We will not cover return postage unless the item is an incorrect product or it is faulty.
Some products and services are excluded from this policy, including food/perishable items, personalised products or those made to order. These items cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty or the wrong product was despatched. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We select and package our products to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, providing you return the product to us at the postal address below within 30 days of receipt. Once again please notify us before returning an item on either 01785850660 or firstname.lastname@example.org. In these circumstances we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Please obtain proof of posting to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
To return unwanted or faulty products please contact us by telephone (on 01785850660) or email email@example.com to inform us that you want to return your products. Occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service. Otherwise, please use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery) and return to: 29 Badgers Croft, Eccleshall, Staffordshire, ST21 6DS. You are responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. If you decide to cancel your order and notify us (using this template) before we have dispatched your items, we will refund your payment and cancel the order – if the order has been despatched then we are unable to accept cancellation of an order. Cancellations are at our sole discretion.
Prices and Payment:Prices stated are inclusive of any Value Added Tax (VAT) that may be required to be remitted to tax authorities by Holt Hearing and Balance Services.
However we cannot guarantee that we will not make a mistake and misprice an item inadvertently. If this is the case, we will notify you of the error before your payment is processed. You will then have the choice to either accept the correct price or to cancel your Order.
Delivery and Carriage:We will make reasonable endeavors to ensure your Goods are dispatched to you as quickly as possible after placing your order. In most cases we will dispatch your Goods within 3 working days of order receipt; we will contact you if, for any reason, this is not possible. Delivery times may vary.
Delivery of the Goods will be made to the address provided by you at the time you place your Order.
In the case of non delivery, if either Mr Simms Olde Sweet Shoppe Online Ltd or our courier is at fault, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or re-delivery.
